The Market at Macy’s is located on the main floors of participating Macy’s stores in prime, high foot traffic locations and offers a unique experience for small businesses or established brands looking to expand their customer base. Participating brands of The Market at Macy’s can choose the store they will be featured in and have access to Macy’s associates who help the brands handle setup and takedown according to the brand’s vision. The program also provides help with full-time sales associates and data analytics like daily sales data, foot traffic, customer engagement and conversion rates so that participating brands can optimize their performance.
