The dynamic duo from RWorld Production strikes again!

Rodeo season is right around the corner in San Antonio, Texas, and so in true tradition, the Annual Cowgirls Live Forever Scholarship Luncheon & Fashion Show sets the tone for season-launch and ignites excitement for rodeo community everywhere.

This year, twice nominated for Fashion Event of the Year team, Emily McMichael and Ricardo Gutierrez of RWorld Production was hired to produce the western themed fashion show and it truly set the bar high. From the impeccable styling to the runway design, this event leads as the most visually stunning and professionally produced fashion show of the year so far!

Held at the Witte Museum on January 22, the Cowgirls Live Forever Scholarship Luncheon & Fashion Show is in its 14th year and is hosted by the Rodeo Association. The fashion show serves as the main entertainment for the afternoon luncheon and raises money for scholarships. To date, this event has raised 1.8 million for student scholarships and continues to serve as an advocate for agriculture and education for the youth of Texas.

This year’s theme for the fashion show was “What To Wear To Rodeo”. The fashion was provided by Julian Gold with glam squad, stylists and artists by RModels.

“We wanted to show different ways to make a statement at Rodeo, featuring classics, furs, formal and since Valentine’s Day falls during rodeo season, we threw in brilliant red statements and date night inspiration as well.” says Emily McMichaels, co-producer at RWorld Production.

With over 70 looks, this dynamic duo successfully inspired the season, leaving even the most non-western wear patrons inspired. “You know, I personally don’t own western wear, but there was a lot of things in this show that I loved. I may rethink Rodeo now. The fashion looks fun!” said one smiling patron.

The production itself was visually stunning. Complete with a full scale runway, and an animated three panel background, the models walked to fashion and rodeo themed video productions set to a mix of exciting rock-western and pop music.

Burgundy Woods

Now, with over eight professional years in online fashion media and trend forecasting, she continues to pioneer, maneuver and develop her industry. She is currently the Senior Digital Fashion Editor, On Camera Fashion Personality and Senior Video Producer for Style Lush TV. She is also the President of the Texas Fashion Industry Initiative.
