Aguillon Por Rey Feo is hosting their Catwalk, Comida, Cocktails and Confetti Fashion Show on Wednesday, August 1st 2018, 6-9 pm. The event will feature Fiesta Flavors with a twist and showcase some of the hottest up and coming Fiesta fashions.  Southtown favorite, Chef Johnny Hernandez will be Honorary Chair representing the Fiesta Flavors and bringing a fantastic line up of guest Chefs.


Some of the featured chef’s that Chef Johnny has secured include: Chef Jeff Balfour from Southerleigh, Chef Pieter Sypesteyn from Cookhouse, Bakery Lorraine, and Jason Dady Catering among others. Paramour and Still Golden will be shaking it up and serving some fantastic cocktails alongside Chef Johnny’s team. NY Fashion Designer and former Texan Cesar Galindo will be Honorary Chair representing the Fashion piece and with his incredible run of a career, both creatively and professionally, we can’t wait to see what he has in store.

An incredible experienced production team is set to produce the fashion show and in addition to Cesar Galindo, the event is bringing in local designers, Adrienne Younger, Dos Carolinas, Nativa, Image Avenue Clothiers, in addition to some fun DIY fashions from Michael Quintanilla. Chuck Cureau will be the Emcee for the event and DJ Men-Yo will provide music.

Thomas Aguillon, has the ambitious goal of raising $250,000 for the Rey Feo Scholarship Fund Inc., as he has been selected as a candidate for Rey Feo, the People’s King, which is a prominent part of each year’s Fiesta celebration. The Rey Feo Scholarship, Inc. was established in 1947 and has raised over $7 million dollars in scholarship funds to support local students in their efforts to obtain a college degree.  This year’s goal is to help him bring awareness to this worthy program and expanded audience throughout San Antonio’s Tricentennial 300th Anniversary.
