Last Award Season, we launched a fun series called Road to the Red Carpet: Fitness Edition featuring inBalance San Antonio, a local fitness studio that offers classes like Barre, Pilates, Yoga, Dance Cardio, and personalized Meal and Health Plans. We all got into our best shape possible for the San Antonio Fashion Awards with some wonderful tips that Hope Cowgill-Pedraza, owner and fitness instructor, shared with us throughout the 3 part series. I personally used those tips at home, whenever I wasn’t able to attend any classes in person, so I was able to stay the track to look and feel my best on that red carpet!
Following the “New Year, New You” resolution we all make at the start of the new year, Hope was able to develop a more permanent solution for those of us with extremely busy schedules and aren’t able to attend classes 5 times per week like we all wish we could. In comes the inBalance App! After months of development, the app is live and running for iOS Devices and is complete with access to class schedules, workout videos and Nutrition Guides. The app itself is free, and Nutrition guides are only $4.99, while access to the videos are a subscription for $14.99 a month. It’s like having a personal trainer in the palm of your hand for a fraction of the cost!
Having access to the workouts that I’ve grown to love over the past year, especially on my crazy travel schedule has allowed me to stay on track towards my fitness and wellness goals for 2018. The nutrition guides are so perfect for my lifestyle, whether I’m at home and plan to cook or meal prep, or when I’m on the road trying to make the right choices. Check out the app and try it for yourself! Some of the workouts require no equipment, while others might require light weights, bands or whatever you have available at home. I personally always travel with light bands, in case there is no gym at my hotel, and believe me, Hope has you covered with the best workouts you can do anywhere! If you’re in the San Antonio/Hill Country Area, be sure to catch one of their Community Classes for Free or visit the studio at the Boardwalk Shopping Center in Leon Springs, Lonestar Collective Dance Studio in Boerne and now opening new inBalance Studio in Alamo Ranch.
In an exclusive statement to Style Lush TV, Hope expressed “My goal is really to expand inBalance’s reach as far and wide as I can. My mission for iB when I started was to cultivate a love of movement among my students, so that exercise and fitness isn’t done as an obligation or out of dread, but because they love moving and it’s fun. I want to expose as many people to this as possible, and I’m building my inBalance tribe to do just that!” Well, we love being part of the iB Tribe and look forward to a healthier 2018!
