25 Nov MAINTAINING HEALTHY CURVES DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON
HEY CURVY LUSHES! Let’s face it there is going to be great food all around us for the next couple of months and unless you have amazing willpower, the holiday season is going to be a challenge. Many of us ruin our usual healthy eating habits and skip the gym with plans of starting up fresh with the New Year. Unfortunately, before we know it our pants won’t zip, shirts won’t button and we are just a miserable mess! We all know if we feel good on the inside that shows on the outside as well.
Good nutrition and regular exercise are just a few healthy habits that help us focus on our path to maintaining healthy curves and more importantly staying healthy even beyond the holiday months. My fellow Style Lush TV Contributor and Fitness Expert LaToya Chenelle joined me on this segment to share a few tried and true nutrition tips and exercises that are easy to knock out during our holiday travels.
Hitting the bottle (the water bottle that is), portion control, and exercising before meal time are a few of the tips LaToya shares. Check out the video for her recommended workout and if you absolutely cannot fit the exercise in then dancing at your family gathering is acceptable as well. We even show you a few dance moves so you have to check out the video!

The holiday season is about celebrating, enjoying close friends and family and a little indulging (in moderation) so don’t shame yourself about enjoying it!
