Since her first fashion show, she has been growing the brand and this year, her annual event supported the Women’s Global Connection benefitting women and girl empowerment programs around the world.
Roshnic Latif, originally from Pakistan, has dedicated her life to creating colorful clothing to raise money for nonprofit organizations. The combination of her western and eastern influences are very prominent in her designs. This unique perspective along with her crafting techniques, block prints and hand-painting on silks always makes for a very beautiful visual experience.
The fashion show showcased 4 of Latif’s latest lines, including, Western Casual, Monochrome (black & white), Eastern Formals, and her signature hand-painted silks. Local fashion community, Michael Quintanilla emceed the event and after the show, all of Latif’s hand-painted silks were sold with proceeds going to the Women’s Global Connection.
