It’s no secret, when it comes to cocktail culture, San Antonio’s got some heavy hitting style! Not only is San Antonio known for our elite spirits scene, we have one of the most exciting events in the nation to celebrate it. Now in its seventh year, The San Antonio Cocktail Conference has been named “one of the best” by publications like Fodor’s Travel and called “the future of cocktails” by Paste Magazine. Each year this cocktail festival brings together top bartenders, mixologists, brand ambassadors and cocktail enthusiasts for educational seminars, guided tastings and cocktail parties.

Many times, we have captured the most fashionable street style at this event and found that the people we film most happen to be participating mixologists and brand ambassadors. This week, you are sure to take in one of the best events San Antonio has to offer while basking in the greatness that is – personal style! Here are just a few examples of some very fashionable brand ambassadors participating in the event this year.

Mattias Horseman, hailing originally from the UK, began his career in the spirits industry as a bartender in England while studying psychology at the University of Chester.  After several years of running the beverage program for Chefs Club by Food & Wine Aspen, Horseman descended from skiing the slopes and organizing cocktail competitions, to join the Hendrick’s team in October 2016. It is said that can find Horseman zooming around, enjoying city life in his four-wheeled partner Mila, a lovely and always pristine 1994 Miata.
Horseman believes his always dapper style plays a significant role in how people perceive his product. He has even hosted a Turtleneck Party!

Well versed in storytelling, one-of-a-kind event activations, art, craftsmanship, music, and mixology, Gravy’s role as a Sailor Jerry Brand Ambassador is a natural extension of his own life.
