The buzz right now is Ethical Style Journal!
With the fashion world now searching for more ethical ways to conduct the industry, it is no surprise that the rise of alternative options (and thinking) is rapidly building. San Antonio, now being the fastest rising city in the nation, now has yet another foothold in proving its progressive strides. Meet Ethical Style Journal, a fantastic resource for the fashionably conscious who seek content with an emphasis on chic style that is environmentally-friendly, cruelty-free, and fair fashion.
“The momentum is building behind eco-friendly, ethically made, slow and sustainable
fashion, but this movement needed a signature platform that shows the world what it truly
looks like.” says Editor-In-Chief, Katie Pruett.

“Our magazine strives to showcase editorial photography that proves just how appealing ethical fashion can be. We celebrate and promote ethical and sustainable fashion to inspire readers to shop more consciously with established and emerging brands. Inside, we also feature inspiring women, share their powerful stories and show off their personal style.”
This Saturday, December 2, the magazine will celebrate its first birthday with a thoughtfully
curated pop-up shop featuring select pieces from the newest issue. Go holiday shop handcrafted
candles and fashion by Grey Moon Vintage, keepsake jewelry by Sycamore &
Amaranth, and mixed-media works by artist Brittany Loar.
Guests can join the Ethical Style Journal team on the terrace of the Landa Branch Library, nestled in historical neighborhood of Monte Vista. While you’re there, pick up their latest Fall/Winter issue, enjoy small bites and sip on sparkling wine.
Ethical Style Journal’s First Birthday Celebration & Pop-Up Shop will be open to the
public from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m at 233 Bushnell Ave. It will be a wonderful, guilt free shopping experience not to be missed. Congratulations to ESJ!
